Wordsowers Writers Conference

What a wonderful time I had attending and presenting at the Wordsowers Christian Writers Conference on Friday and Saturday. I know I posted the link to the conference previously on my website, but I'm posting the organizations link this week. Please peruse their site and keep there web address in your favorite file so you don't miss next year's conference.

This conference provided varied presenters so there was something for everyone. They also insured the attendees had every opportunity possible to visit with presenters in their chosen writing field. I connected with an editor I've worked with for years, writing colleagues and new friends!

Crossroads Book Signing

Here is a picture of me at my book signing at the Crossroads Bookstore in Sioux Falls. They had three different books for sale. Of course, the most popular was Dakota Love because the cover is a picture of the Falls that is located in Sioux Falls!

However, I did break my signing record of eight books! And I had a 'first' happen. Two people brought in Dakota Love for me to sign. One purchased her copy in Phoenix, AZ! How awesome is that! When she finished reading the book, she looked me up on the internet and discovered my book signing! I'm so glad she shared that story with me. Readers, those moments make a writers day! Of course, she purchased my new release while she was there which was special too.

This week I'm gearing up for a writer's conference in Omaha, NE where I'm a presenter. They have something for everyone at this conference. You can check it out here:

A Couple of Reminders.....

Reclaiming the Cowboy's Heart released last Tuesday and is available in both print and ebook.

Crossroads Bookstore in Sioux Falls, SD is hosting a book signing for me on April 18th from 1-3.

Spring is here is eastern South Dakota! All of the trees are laden with buds and our yard is a blanket of green. We had a dry winter in our area so last week's gloomy, drizzly, weather was welcomed.

Has spring arrived in the area you live?
